You can delete your QuranHabit account and its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time. Deletion is immediate: your account and the data linked to it are removed from our database as soon as you confirm. There is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone. If you redeemed an invite code, we keep a one-way hash of your phone's identifier after deletion, no longer linked to any account, so that each phone can redeem an invite only once.
If you are signed out, sign in first. Deletion applies to the account you are signed in to.
The app shows you exactly what you will lose and asks you to type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and its data are erased straight away, except the invite hash listed below. We cannot restore them afterwards.
If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email support@quranhabit.com from your account email address, using the subject line "Account Deletion Request", so that we can locate and verify your account. We will action the request as soon as we have verified it, and in any case within 30 days, then confirm by email once it is done.

Note: deleting your account removes your data from our database immediately and permanently, and we cannot restore it. If you redeemed an invite code, the one-way hash of your phone's identifier in the table above stays in our database, no longer linked to any account. Subscription billing records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations. The records that remain with our third-party providers are listed above and explained in Section 8.1 of our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to request their erasure by emailing support@quranhabit.com.
