What is this digital tasbeeh counter?
A counter that runs in your browser. Tap anywhere on the big circle and the number goes up; there is nothing to install.
Which targets can I count to?
The buttons above the circle set 33, 99 or 100, or free counting with no target at all. The pad shows your count against whichever you chose.
Which phrases can I count?
Five, on the rail across the top. Each button carries the phrase in Arabic, a transliteration and its meaning in the language of the page.
If I switch phrase, do I lose my count?
No. Each phrase keeps its own count for the day, so going back to one returns the number you had already reached rather than zero.
Where is my count kept?
In this browser on this device, and nowhere else. Nothing is sent anywhere and no account is needed to use it. Quran Habit keeps its own count on the phone, closing each day with a summary, and qht.app/getapp leads to it on Google Play and the App Store.
What do the three tiles at the bottom show?
What you have counted today, how many rounds you closed today, and the running total on this device.
How do I know a round is finished?
The ring around the pad closes, a badge appears under it, and one more dot joins the row for today.
What do Next round and Reset do?
Next round moves you on to the next phrase and picks up whatever count that one already holds. Reset clears the count for the phrase you are on.
Does it vibrate when I tap?
On a phone that allows it, yes: a short buzz on each tap and a longer pattern when a round closes. If your browser or your settings block it, the counter still works.
Is the same tasbeeh in the app?
