وَأَوۡرَثَكُمۡ أَرۡضَهُمۡ وَدِيَٰرَهُمۡ وَأَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ وَأَرۡضٗا لَّمۡ تَطَـُٔوهَاۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٗا
And He caused you to inherit their land and their homes and their properties and a land which you have not trodden.1194 And ever is Allāh, over all things, competent.

Al-Mukhtasar
After destroying them, Allah gave you possession of their land, along with the crops and date trees they contained. He made you owners of their homes and other wealth as well as owners of the land of Khaybar, which you have yet to step foot on, but you will soon walk on it. This is a promise and glad tidings for the believers. Allah is Omnipotent over everything; nothing is beyond His capability.
