Surah Al-An'am 6:147 الأنعام

فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل رَّبُّكُمۡ ذُو رَحۡمَةٖ وَٰسِعَةٖ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَأۡسُهُۥ عَنِ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
So if they deny you, [O Muḥammad], say, "Your Lord is the possessor of vast mercy; but His punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals."

Al-Mukhtasar
If they deny you, O Messenger, and do not accept what you brought from your Lord, tell them to encourage them: Your Lord is One, The Possessor of vast mercy. Because of His mercy, He has given you relief and has not taken you to task by punishing you. Also, say to them as a warning: His punishment is not averted from those who commit sins.
