وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرّٖ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ بِخَيۡرٖ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
And if Allāh should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent.

Al-Mukhtasar
If any calamity from Allah afflicts you, O son of Adam, no one can remove it from you besides Allah. If any good from Him comes to you, no one can stop Him and withhold His grace. He has power over everything, and nothing can render Him incapable.
