Surah Al-Anbiya 21:94 الأنبياء

فَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٞ فَلَا كُفۡرَانَ لِسَعۡيِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ كَٰتِبُونَ
So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort,905 and indeed We [i.e., Our angels], of it, are recorders.

Al-Mukhtasar
So whoever from among them does righteous deeds while believing in Allah, His messengers, and in the Last Day, will not be denied the due of his righteous deeds. Instead, Allah will express gratitude and then multiply his reward for him. He will find it recorded in his book of deeds on the Day he is resurrected, and he will be pleased.
