يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱسۡتَجِيبُواْ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمۡ لِمَا يُحۡيِيكُمۡۖ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيۡنَ ٱلۡمَرۡءِ وَقَلۡبِهِۦ وَأَنَّهُۥٓ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ
O you who have believed, respond to Allāh and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allāh intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.

Al-Mukhtasar
O you who believe in Allah and follow His Messenger, answer Allah and His Messenger when they call you to the truth that gives you life by submitting to what they have commanded and avoiding what they have prohibited. Be certain that Allah can do anything so He can come between you and submission to the truth if you desire it after rejecting it. Therefore, hasten to it and be certain that you will be gathered to Allah alone on the Day of Resurrection. Then He will recompense you for your actions in the [life of this] world.
