Al-Mukhtasar
If you, O polytheists, call your idols, which you worship instead of Allah, to uprightness, they will not hear you calling them. You see them facing you with fashioned eyes, inanimate objects that cannot see, for they used to make statues in the form of people or animals. They had hands, feet, and eyes but were inanimate, with no life in them nor motion.
