And the weighing [of deeds] that Day will be the truth. So those whose scales are heavy - it is they who will be the successful.

The weighing on the Day of Resurrection of what they did will be with justice, with no one being wronged in the least. Those whose good actions weigh more than their bad actions have succeeded in reaching the goal and being saved from what they feared.
