رَبَّنَا وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا مُسۡلِمَيۡنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَآ أُمَّةٗ مُّسۡلِمَةٗ لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبۡ عَلَيۡنَآۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites [of worship] and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
O our Lord, make us surrender in devotion to Your command, humble towards You, not worshipping anyone alongside You, and make our descendants a nation who also surrenders in devotion to You. Teach us how to worship You and forgive us for our faults and shortcomings in Your obedience. You are the Acceptor of repentance from those who repent among Your slaves and compassionate towards them.
