إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَأَصۡلَحُواْ وَبَيَّنُواْ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَأَنَا ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make evident [what they concealed]. Those - I will accept their repentance, and I am the Accepting of Repentance,59 the Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
Except for those who return to Allah in regret for concealing those clear signs, rectifying their hidden and apparent deeds, and clarifying the truth and guidance they concealed, I will accept their return to My obedience. I am Acceptor of repentance from those who repent among My slaves and compassionate towards them.
