وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓاْ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ حُنَفَآءَ وَيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤۡتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَۚ وَذَٰلِكَ دِينُ ٱلۡقَيِّمَةِ
And they were not commanded except to worship Allāh, [being] sincere to Him in religion, inclining to truth, and to establish prayer and to give zakāh. And that is the correct religion.

Al-Mukhtasar
The criminality and stubbornness of the Jews and the Christians are evident, for they were not commanded in this Quran except with what their scriptures already had of worshipping Allah alone, refraining from ascribing partners [with Him], establishing prayer, and giving zakat (obligatory alms). Hence, they have been commanded with a straight religion devoid of deviance.
