Surah Al-Buruj 85:10 البروج

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَتَنُواْ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَتُوبُواْ فَلَهُمۡ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابُ ٱلۡحَرِيقِ
Indeed, those who have tortured1898 the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire.

Al-Mukhtasar
Indeed, those who tortured the believing men and women with fire to turn them away from believing in Allah alone, and did not repent afterward to Allah from their sins, will be in the torment of Hell on the Day of Resurrection. They will be punished by the Fire, which will burn them as a recompense for burning the believers with fire.
