قُلۡ أَنزَلَهُ ٱلَّذِي يَعۡلَمُ ٱلسِّرَّ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
Say, [O Muḥammad], "It has been revealed by He who knows [every] secret within the heavens and the earth. Indeed, He is ever Forgiving and Merciful."

Al-Mukhtasar
Say, O Messenger, to these rejectors: The Quran was revealed by Allah, Who knows of everything in the heavens and the Earth. It is not made up as you think it to be. Then He said to them, encouraging them to repent: Indeed, Allah forgives those of His slaves who repent and is merciful to them.
