كُتِبَ عَلَيۡهِ أَنَّهُۥ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُۥ يُضِلُّهُۥ وَيَهۡدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ
It has been decreed for him [i.e., every devil] that whoever turns to him - he will misguide him and will lead him to the punishment of the Blaze.

Al-Mukhtasar
It has been decreed regarding such rebellious devils among humans and jinn that whoever follows them and believes in them will be misguided by them from the path of truth. They will send these people towards the torment of Hell through disbelief and acts of disobedience that lead towards it.
