Surah Al-Hajj 22:52 الحج

وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ مِن رَّسُولٖ وَلَا نَبِيٍّ إِلَّآ إِذَا تَمَنَّىٰٓ أَلۡقَى ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ فِيٓ أُمۡنِيَّتِهِۦ فَيَنسَخُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يُلۡقِي ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ ثُمَّ يُحۡكِمُ ٱللَّهُ ءَايَٰتِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ
And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke [or recited], Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding]. But Allāh abolishes that which Satan throws in; then Allāh makes precise His verses.933 And Allāh is Knowing and Wise.

Al-Mukhtasar
O Messenger, We did not send any messenger or prophet before you except that when he read the Book of Allah, the Devil cast in his recitation that which confuses the people [to think] that it is revelation. Then Allah would nullify what the Devil cast and affirm His verses. Allah knows everything. Nothing is hidden from Him. He is Wise in His creating, decreeing, and planning.
