Surah Al-Isra 17:13 الإسراء

وَكُلَّ إِنسَٰنٍ أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ فِي عُنُقِهِۦۖ وَنُخۡرِجُ لَهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ كِتَٰبٗا يَلۡقَىٰهُ مَنشُورًا
And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck,732 and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open.

Al-Mukhtasar
We have bound every person's destiny to their neck (Every action a person does is attached to him just as a necklace is attached to a neck). They (the person's actions) will not be detached from him until he is taken to account for them. On the Day of Resurrection, I will bring out a book for him that contains every good or bad deed that he did, which he will find spread open before him.
