And how many have We destroyed from the generations after Noah. And sufficient is your Lord, concerning the sins of His servants, as Aware and Seeing.

Al-Mukhtasar
We have destroyed many generations after Noah, such as 'Ād and Thamūd (from the nations and people of the past). Your Lord - O Messenger - is sufficient as a Knower and Seer of the sins of His slaves. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He will requite them for the same.
