Allāh has written [i.e., decreed], "I will surely overcome, I and My messengers." Indeed, Allāh is Powerful and Exalted in Might.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah decreed in His preceding knowledge: I will undoubtedly triumph, My Messengers and I, over Our enemies in evidence and strength. Indeed, Allah is Powerful in supporting His messengers and Mighty, taking vengeance upon their enemies.
