وَٱلَّذِينَ يُظَٰهِرُونَ مِن نِّسَآئِهِمۡ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا قَالُواْ فَتَحۡرِيرُ رَقَبَةٖ مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَتَمَآسَّاۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِۦۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ
And those who pronounce ẓihār from their wives and then [wish to] go back on what they said - then [there must be] the freeing of a slave before they touch one another. That is what you are admonished thereby; and Allāh is Aware of what you do.

Al-Mukhtasar
And those who say this terrible word then want intercourse with those whom they pronounced dhihar on, then they must atone by freeing a slave before they have intercourse with them. You are commanded with that mentioned ruling as a deterrent from dhihar. And Allah is Well-Informed of what you do. Nothing from your deeds is hidden from Him.
