But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally.

Al-Mukhtasar
And whose scales were made light by bad deeds outweighing good ones, then they are the ones who have lost their soul by doing what harms it, abandoning what benefits it from belief and righteous deeds. They will live in the Hellfire and will not exit it.
