Al-Mukhtasar
And He alone (may He be Exalted) can give life; there is no giver of life except Him. He alone can cause death; none causes death except Him. To Him alone belongs the decree of the alternation of the night and day in terms of their darkness and light, length and shortness. You cannot fathom His power and uniqueness in creating and planning.
