۞ عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَجۡعَلَ بَيۡنَكُمۡ وَبَيۡنَ ٱلَّذِينَ عَادَيۡتُم مِّنۡهُم مَّوَدَّةٗۚ وَٱللَّهُ قَدِيرٞۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
Perhaps Allāh will put, between you and those to whom you have been enemies among them, affection. And Allāh is competent,1674 and Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
Perhaps Allah will cause love between you, O believers, and those whom you opposed of the disbelievers, where Allah would guide them to Islam so that they would be brothers to you in religion. Allah is able. He can turn their hearts to faith. Allah is forgiving to whoever repents of His slaves; merciful to them.
