تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتۡلُوهَا عَلَيۡكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلۡمٗا لِّلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
These are the verses of Allāh. We recite them to you, [O Muḥammad], in truth; and Allāh wants no injustice to the worlds [i.e., His creatures].

Al-Mukhtasar
Those verses, including the promise and threat of Allah, We recite upon you, O Prophet, with truthful information and just rulings. Allah does not wish to oppress anyone in the worlds. Rather, no one will be punished except by that which his own hand has earned.
