فَرِحِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ وَيَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ بِٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِم مِّنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ أَلَّا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُونَ
Rejoicing in what Allāh has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good tidings about those [to be martyred] after them who have not yet joined them - that there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

Al-Mukhtasar
Happiness engulfs them, and joy encompasses them through what Allah has bestowed on them from His favor. They hope for and anticipate meeting their brothers who remained in the worldly life. [They also hope for and anticipate] that [their brothers], if killed during the fighting, will receive the same favor. They fear not in terms of what awaits them from the matters of the Afterlife. Therefore, they are not sorrowful over any worldly prosperity that passed them by.
