Published by the makers of Quran Habit. Quran Majeed is a genuinely good app for the right person, and this page says who that is before it says anything else.
What Quran Habit is
A Quran app and website built around the part people actually struggle with, which is coming back tomorrow. Free to use, with an optional paid tier in the app, nothing at all sold on this website, and no advertising anywhere.
- The mushaf you know. All 604 Madani pages as page-accurate images, plus IndoPak at 610 and Naskh at 612.
- 43 translation languages, an app interface in 13 languages and this website in 14, full right to left for Arabic, Persian and Urdu.
- Word by word in 14 languages, with per-word audio.

Why people look for an alternative
- The free version shows ads. Google Play carries the "Contains ads" label, and their App Store age rating declares "Contains: Advertising". Nothing in their materials says which purchase removes them.
- Their US App Store page prices ten in-app purchases, and six of them cost money: a weekly subscription at $1.99, monthly ones at $0.99, $1.49 and $1.99, a yearly one at $29.99, and a one-off "Quran Majeed Full Upgrade" at $49.99, described there only as "Upgrades to the full version of Quran Majeed". The other four are reciter audio packs at $0.00. Their own website lists no prices at all, so there is no published answer to what the $49.99 buys that a subscription does not.

Where the two differ
- Their current materials describe bookmarking with iCloud sync and audio repeat "to help with memorization", and no streak, daily goal, khatm plan or reminder. That is silence in their materials, not proof the features are absent, but it does mean a daily pace is not something the app offers as a reason to install it.
Where Quran Majeed beats us
On how long it has been running, and on where it runs. Quran Majeed has been shipping since the first years of the App Store and reaches phone, watch, car and desktop. Quran Habit is new, and it runs on phones only.

The reasons people switch, where this page lists any, come only from those materials. Where their materials do not state something, this page says so rather than guessing, and silence in their materials is reported as silence, not as a missing feature.
