Surah An-Nahl 16:93 النحل

وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمۡ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ وَلَٰكِن يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَلَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
And if Allāh had willed, He could have made you [of] one religion, but He sends astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills.713 And you will surely be questioned about what you used to do.

Al-Mukhtasar
Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation in agreement on the truth, but He (may He be Exalted) leads astray, through His justice, whom He wills from the truth and from fulfilling their oaths. He guides, through His grace, whom He wills. You will surely be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about what you used to do in this world.
