۞ وَمَن يُهَاجِرۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ يَجِدۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُرَٰغَمٗا كَثِيرٗا وَسَعَةٗۚ وَمَن يَخۡرُجۡ مِنۢ بَيۡتِهِۦ مُهَاجِرًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ثُمَّ يُدۡرِكۡهُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ فَقَدۡ وَقَعَ أَجۡرُهُۥ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
And whoever emigrates for the cause of Allāh will find on the earth many [alternative] locations and abundance. And whoever leaves his home as an emigrant to Allāh and His Messenger and then death overtakes him - his reward has already become incumbent upon Allāh. And Allāh is ever Forgiving and Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
After mentioning the threat of punishment for abandoning the hijra (emigration from Mecca to Medina) despite having the capability to do so, Allah encourages them to do it, stating:
Whoever emigrates from the land of disbelief to the land of Islam, seeking Allah's pleasure, will find a place altered and different than the land they left behind. In this new land, they will acquire honor and ample provision. Whoever leaves his home as a migrant to Allah and His Messenger and death arrives before reaching the land he was migrating to, his reward is certain with Allah. It will not be held against him if he was unable to reach the land he was emigrating to. Allah is Ever-Forgiving and Merciful to whoever repents among His slaves.
