وَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ مِن ذَكَرٍ أَوۡ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٞ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يَدۡخُلُونَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظۡلَمُونَ نَقِيرٗا
And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer - those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged, [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.

Al-Mukhtasar
Any person, male or female, who does righteous actions and is a true believer in Allah, the Exalted, thereby combining faith and action, will enter Paradise. The reward of their efforts will not be reduced in the least, not even to the extent of a speck on a date stone.
