مَّن يَشۡفَعۡ شَفَٰعَةً حَسَنَةٗ يَكُن لَّهُۥ نَصِيبٞ مِّنۡهَاۖ وَمَن يَشۡفَعۡ شَفَٰعَةٗ سَيِّئَةٗ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كِفۡلٞ مِّنۡهَاۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ مُّقِيتٗا
Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a share [i.e., reward] therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a portion [i.e., burden] therefrom. And ever is Allāh, over all things, a Keeper.205

Al-Mukhtasar
Whoever strives to direct another person towards some evil will receive a share of the sin. Allah is a witness to everything a person does, and He will requite them for it. So, whoever among you is a vehicle for achieving some good will receive a share and a portion of it. Whoever is a vehicle for achieving evil, some part of it will reach him.
