Surah An-Nur 24:32 النور

وَأَنكِحُواْ ٱلۡأَيَٰمَىٰ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ مِنۡ عِبَادِكُمۡ وَإِمَآئِكُمۡۚ إِن يَكُونُواْ فُقَرَآءَ يُغۡنِهِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٞ
And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allāh will enrich them from His bounty, and Allāh is all-Encompassing and Knowing.

Al-Mukhtasar
As spinsterhood is one of the reasons for the spread of adultery, Allah commands helping young women to marry, stating:
O believers, marry off the unmarried free men and women amongst you and marry off the believers amongst your male and female slaves. Allah will make them wealthy through His vast grace if they are poor. Allah is vast in sustenance, which does not decrease by making any of you rich. He knows the condition of His slaves.
