وَيَدۡرَؤُاْ عَنۡهَا ٱلۡعَذَابَ أَن تَشۡهَدَ أَرۡبَعَ شَهَٰدَٰتِۭ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلۡكَٰذِبِينَ
But it will prevent punishment from her if she gives four testimonies [swearing] by Allāh that indeed, he is of the liars.

Al-Mukhtasar
She deserves, through this, the prescribed punishment of adultery. The punishment could be repelled from her if she were to testify by Allah four times that he is lying in what he has accused her of.
