أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّا نَأۡتِي ٱلۡأَرۡضَ نَنقُصُهَا مِنۡ أَطۡرَافِهَاۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَحۡكُمُ لَا مُعَقِّبَ لِحُكۡمِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ سَرِيعُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ
Have they not seen that We set upon the land, reducing it from its borders?645 And Allāh decides; there is no adjuster of His decision. And He is swift in account.

Al-Mukhtasar
Have not the disbelievers seen that We come to the land of disbelief, diminishing it from its sides by spreading Islam and the Muslims conquering it? Allah judges and decrees whatever He wills amongst His slaves. No one reverses, amends, or alters His decision. He (may He be Exalted) is swift in the reckoning, and He will take the earlier people and the later ones to account within one day.
