هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَرۡسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلۡحَقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكُونَ
It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allāh dislike it.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah is the One who sent His Messenger Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم with the religion of Islam, the religion of guidance and direction to good, beneficial knowledge and righteous action, in order to raise it above all religions despite the wishes of the polytheists who hate that it be established on the Earth.
