فَذُوقُواْ بِمَا نَسِيتُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هَٰذَآ إِنَّا نَسِينَٰكُمۡۖ وَذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ ٱلۡخُلۡدِ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ

So taste [punishment] because you forgot the meeting of this, your Day; indeed, We have [accordingly] forgotten you. And taste the punishment of eternity for what you used to do."

Al-Mukhtasar

And on the Day of Resurrection, they will be told in rebuke and censure: Now taste the punishment due to your heedlessness of the meeting with Allah on the Day of Resurrection for accountability in the worldly life. I shall leave you in the punishment without caring for how much you suffer from it. Taste the punishment of the everlasting Fire that will not end because of the sins you used to commit in the worldly life.
