إِن نَّشَأۡ نُنَزِّلۡ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةٗ فَظَلَّتۡ أَعۡنَٰقُهُمۡ لَهَا خَٰضِعِينَ
If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled.1044

Al-Mukhtasar
If We wished to send down a sign from the heavens that would compel them to believe, We would send it to them. Their heads would remain bowed in utter humility before it. But We do not wish that to test whether they would believe in the Unseen or not.
