Al-Mukhtasar
He is the One who sends down the rain to His slaves after they had lost hope of its coming down. He spreads His mercy by causing crops to sprout from the earth after sending down the rain. He is the One Who takes charge of the affairs of His slaves, the One Who deserves praise in every situation.
