لَا تَقُمۡ فِيهِ أَبَدٗاۚ لَّمَسۡجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ مِنۡ أَوَّلِ يَوۡمٍ أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِيهِۚ فِيهِ رِجَالٞ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُواْۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُطَّهِّرِينَ
Do not stand [for prayer] within it - ever. A mosque founded on righteousness from the first day504 is more worthy for you to stand in. Within it are men who love to purify themselves; and Allāh loves those who purify themselves.

Al-Mukhtasar
O Prophet, do not accept the invitation of the hypocrites for you to pray in such a mosque. Instead, the Mosque of Quba, founded from its beginning upon fear of Allah, is more worthy of you praying in it than this mosque founded upon disbelief. In the Mosque of Quba, there are men who love to purify themselves from ritual and physical impurities with water, as well as from sins with repentance and seeking forgiveness. Allah loves those who purify themselves from ritual and physical impurities and sins.
