Al-Mukhtasar
The dominion of the heavens and the Earth belongs to Allah. He has no partner in this; nothing in them is hidden from Him. He gives life to whoever He wills and causes to die whoever He wills. You, O people, do not have, besides Allah, any guardian to take care of your affairs nor any helper to guard you against evil and assist you against your enemy.
