سَنُرِيهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَا فِي ٱلۡأٓفَاقِ وَفِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمۡ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّۗ أَوَلَمۡ يَكۡفِ بِرَبِّكَ أَنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ
We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth.1402 But is it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness?1403

Al-Mukhtasar
We will show the disbelievers of the Quraysh Our signs from the lands spread across the Earth that Allah will allow the Muslims to conquer. We will also show them Our signs in themselves through the conquest of Mecca, which will make clear to them and remove all doubt that the Quran is the undeniable truth. Is it not enough for these polytheists that the Quran is true by Allah's testimony that it is from Him? Who can be a greater witness than Allah? If they were seeking the truth, they would have sufficed with the testimony of their Lord.
