وَلَئِنۡ أَذَقۡنَٰهُ نَعۡمَآءَ بَعۡدَ ضَرَّآءَ مَسَّتۡهُ لَيَقُولَنَّ ذَهَبَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتُ عَنِّيٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَفَرِحٞ فَخُورٌ
But if We give him a taste of favor after hardship has touched him, he will surely say, "Bad times have left me." Indeed, he is exultant and boastful -

Al-Mukhtasar
If We open up many provisions and good health for such a person after he endured poverty and illness, he will say: My troubles have gone, and the crisis is over. However, he does not show gratefulness to Allah for such blessings; instead, he becomes boastful and self-conceited, holding his head high and looking down on people because of what Allah has blessed him with.
