Al-Falaq الفلق · Abdullah Basfar

قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ ۝١

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۝٢

From the evil of that which He created

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ۝٣

And from the evil of darkness when it settles

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ ۝٤

And from the evil of the blowers in knots²⁰¹⁴

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ۝٥

And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
