Surah Maryam 19:35 مريم

مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ مِن وَلَدٖۖ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥٓۚ إِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
It is not [befitting] for Allāh to take a son; exalted is He!813 When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.

Al-Mukhtasar
It does not befit Allah to have a son, sanctified and hallowed He is from that. When He intends something, it is enough for Him to say regarding that matter: Be, then it undoubtedly is. So He who is like that is hallowed from having a son.
