قُلۡ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَقۡدِرُ لَهُۥۚ وَمَآ أَنفَقۡتُم مِّن شَيۡءٖ فَهُوَ يُخۡلِفُهُۥۖ وَهُوَ خَيۡرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ
Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts [it] for him. But whatever thing you spend [in His cause] - He will compensate it; and He is the best of providers."

Al-Mukhtasar
O Messenger, say to them: My Lord increases the provision for whom He wants from His creation and restricts it for whom He wants. And whatever you spend in Allah's way, Allah will replace it for you in this world by giving you what is better than it and in the Hereafter with a great reward. Allah is the best of providers, so whoever seeks provision should seek it from Him.
