أَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ كَٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ كَٱلۡفُجَّارِ
Or should We treat those who believe and do righteous deeds like corrupters in the land? Or should We treat those who fear Allāh like the wicked?

Al-Mukhtasar
We will never consider those who believe in Allah, follow His messenger, and do righteous deeds like those who spread corruption throughout the land through disbelief and committing acts of disobedience, nor will We consider those who fear their Lord by fulfilling His orders and avoiding His prohibitions like those who disbelieve and the hypocrites who are engrossed in acts of disobedience. Considering them both equal is an injustice that does not befit Allah. Instead, Allah will recompense the believers who fear Allah by admitting them into Paradise and punish the wretched disbelievers by admitting them into the Fire because they are not equal in Allah's sight. Thus, their reward is also not equal in His sight.
