- 1263 An abrupt transfer to the Hereafter conveys the meaning that the man met a violent death at the hands of the disbelievers and so was martyred for the cause of Allāh.

Al-Mukhtasar
It was said to honor this man after his people killed him: Enter Paradise after you were killed as a martyr. When he entered it and saw the delight therein, he said longingly: If only my people who rejected and killed me knew about the forgiveness of sins that I obtained and what my Lord has honored me with, they would have believed like how I believed, and they would have attained a reward similar to mine.
