Indeed, those who do not expect the meeting with Us and are satisfied with the life of this world and feel secure therein and those who are heedless of Our signs -

Al-Mukhtasar
The disbelievers who do not expect the meeting with Allah, thus not fearing or desiring it, who are satisfied with the fleeting life of this world instead of the eternal life of the Hereafter, feeling content in this world, and who are heedless and turn away from the signs and proofs of Allah,
