Al-Mukhtasar
Since facing death impedes the acceptance of repentance, Allah the Transcendent states:
Do you believe now after despairing of life? You, O Pharaoh, had disobeyed Allah before the torment came down upon you by disbelieving in Him and preventing others from His path, and you were one of those who spread corruption because of your own misguidance and misguiding others.
