And when they entered upon Joseph, he took his parents to himself [i.e., embraced them] and said, "Enter Egypt, Allāh willing, safe [and secure]."

Jacob and his family set out from their land, intending to Joseph in Egypt. When they entered upon him, he embraced his mother and father closely and told his brothers: Enter Egypt by Allah's will safely; nothing will harm you.
