Surah Al-An'am 6:100 الأنعام

وَجَعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ شُرَكَآءَ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَخَلَقَهُمۡۖ وَخَرَقُواْ لَهُۥ بَنِينَ وَبَنَٰتِۭ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖۚ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
But they have attributed to Allāh partners - the jinn, while He has created them - and have fabricated for Him sons and daughters without knowledge. Exalted is He and high above what they describe.

Al-Mukhtasar
Yet the polytheists made the jinn partners with Allah in worship, believing that jinn could independently bring benefit and cause harm. Allah alone had created them, so He is most worthy of worship. They attributed sons to Allah, as the Jews did concerning Ezra, the Christians with respect to Jesus, and daughters as the polytheists did with respect to the angels. Allah is free and above what the people of falsehood claim about Him.
